Lost Boys Maternity and Newborn Session – Footsteps Photography, Maternity and Newborn Photographer near RAF Lakenheath and Mildenhall

Occasionally, I am able to meet clients at their homes for more of a lifestyle and documentary type session and the results are always special and unique. Celeste and Jaime are expecting a little boy and wanted to capture the last few weeks before he joined their family.

Any guesses on the nursery theme?

Just as soon as we finished the maternity session, it seemed like baby Madden made his grand appearance. He joined a very loving and protective furbaby named Fifa.

Just look at that adorable little mohawk!

Jaime and Celeste created a magical nursery for their little guy and the love is in the details. From the Lost Boys sign to the customized treasure chest, you can tell these are some excited parents!

A big congratulations to Jaime, Celeste and of course, Fifa, on the arrival of Baby Madden!

Pin it to Win it | Footsteps Photography RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath

To celebrate  seven years of Footsteps Photography, I’m having a Pin it to Win it contest for a FREE dream session! I love it when my clients have a creative vision for their shoot, and everyone loves Pinterest, so what better way for everyone to show me the visualization of their dream session!  Details on how you can enter are below!

One lucky person will win a session of their dreams, 5 Digital Images with Print Release from their session and a printed 5×7 of each of the 5 digital images! {Session must take place the local RAF Mildenhall/Lakenheath tribase areas}

Here is how you enter:

1: First create a Pin Board titled “My Dream Session with Footsteps Photography“

2. Pin the above image to your board before pinning anything else and make it the board cover photo (if you don’t have a ‘Pin-It’ button installed on your browser, click the ‘pin it’ at the bottom)

3. Using my blogsite posts, look through and pin at least  10 of your favorite Footsteps Photography images from the blog (they do not have to pertain to your session) and follow my Pinterest Page {you can also find blog images on my Pinterest if you prefere to pin that way instead.}
4. Start pinning your little heart out! Pin anything that helps create your perfect session: Outfits, poses, props – anything that portrays your vision…:)HAVE FUN WITH IT

5. After your Dream Session Board is complete copy the link of your board and paste it into the comments section at the bottom of this post with a few sentences talking about your idea for your Newborn, Maternity, Babies, First Birthday, Engagement or Family session! (or even just a session all about YOU)

 

Your Board can be submitted anytime from Monday, December 15, 2014– Wednesday, December 31, 2014. I will be choosing the winning dream session after viewing all of your creativity and awesome ideas and the Winner will be announced Friday, January 2, 2015 on my FSP Photography Facebook Page (so make sure your a fan)

Prize has no cash value and must be redeemed by June 1st, 2015. If at any time a participant is believed to not be following the rules and guidelines they can be eliminated from the contest. Scarlett Maternity and Newborn Session – Footsteps Photography, Maternity and Newborn Photographer near RAF Mildenhall

This handsome couple just relocated to England from Japan and were eagerly anticipating the arrival of their sweet baby girl, Scarlett. We had some fun incorporating the name and their love of their previous home into the maternity shots.

Mom looked gorgeous in this new, convertible maternity dress. I can’t wait to try out all the different styling options.

There’s something so classic about dark brown hair paired with teal. The soft sunset didn’t hurt either!

After seeing her parents, it’s no surprise that Scarlett is cute as can be. I think she looks just like her daddy, too!

We went with a girly theme using pink, flowers, pearls and bling. Scarlett was perfectly content to snooze away while we captured her cuteness.

As a nod to her name and some of the fun details from mom’s maternity session, we used this beautiful red headband and blanket. Scarlett looks just as pretty as mama in her namesake color!

Top it all off with some Japanese cherry blossoms and one adorable baby and that’s a wrap!

Over the River and Through the Woods Maternity Session – Footsteps Photography, Maternity Photographer near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath

Kristana and Kyle are expecting their first baby – a little boy!

These two love the outdoors, so it only made sense that we take advantage of the beautiful English countryside for their session. I love the versatility of the new convertible dresses – we did a bust tie for Kristana and added the lace underlay for a little more modesty.

I think this blue dress looks amazing with Kristana’s hair and it’s a fun way to play up the fact they’ll soon be welcoming a little boy into their lives.

These two have a great sense of humor which will certainly serve them well as they embark on this grand new adventure. Congratulations Kyle and Kristana!

Golden Glow Maternity Session – Footsteps Photography, Maternity Photographer near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath

Andrew and Nicole are about to become parents!

In celebration of baby’s October due date, we played up the fall theme with lots of leaves and beautiful colors.

Nicole was just glowing so it was fitting that we were treated to some beautiful golden sunlight to match that elated grin.

I am so excited for these two and can’t wait to share their newborn session with you as well. In the meantime, here are a few more shots of Andrew and Nicole enjoying the last few weeks before becoming parents.

Little Bear Maternity Session – Footsteps Photography, Maternity Photographer near RAF Lakenheath & Mildenhall

Baby Bear is going to be a big brother! And I was lucky enough to get to capture his mama’s beautiful belly on a lovely, English day.

We chose the same location as Corbin’s maternity session and took advantage of all the great textures and architecture. Isn’t this mama just glowing?!

I love Mom’s coral shirt against the green background. You can never go wrong with jewel tones and since she’s having a little girl, it adds a nice feminine touch to these keepsake photos.
