Audrey Hepburn Inspired Smash Cake Session – Footsteps Photography, Child Photographer near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath

At the beginning of this year, Footsteps Photography held a “Pin It to Win It” contest where fans created Pinterest boards showing what their dream session would look like. It’s no secret that I LOVE the color turquoise as well as a good dose of glitz and glam. So when I saw Mari’s dream session included all these things, I was sold. In honor of her daughter’s first birthday, we put together this classic, Audrey Hepburn-inspired session for the aptly named Miss Audri!

Audri was quite the little lady until she got a taste of her delicious smash cake and then she just had to dig in. I can’t say I blame her; it looked delicious!

A very happy first birthday, little lady! I had so much fun bringing your dream session to life. I’ll leave you with a few wise words from your namesake, Miss Hepburn herself:

For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.

Punchy Peacock Smash Cake Session – Footsteps Photography, Child Photographer near Travis AFB and Vacaville, CA

They say good things come in small packages and Jessica proves that to be true! This one is a MAJOR ham and had me laughing like crazy while editing her session. These two are expecting their first baby and judging by the laughter they shared, I suspect their little girl will be a lot of fun. LaShieka, Malcolm and Semira will soon be a family of four and it’s safe to say they are all pretty excited about it!

They braved the cold and even a light dusting of snow for their session – a special treat for this part of England.

It wasn’t long after their maternity session that I finally got to meet the newest family member – Logan!

We finished up with some fun props and coordinating outfits. I love how the moon bed can be feminine or masculine depending on how it’s styled. And I think Logan has found his color – that burnt orange looks just gorgeous on him. Such a beautiful boy joining a great family. Congrats to the four of you!
