Lost Boys Maternity and Newborn Session – Footsteps Photography, Maternity and Newborn Photographer near RAF Lakenheath and Mildenhall

Occasionally, I am able to meet clients at their homes for more of a lifestyle and documentary type session and the results are always special and unique. Celeste and Jaime are expecting a little boy and wanted to capture the last few weeks before he joined their family.

Any guesses on the nursery theme?

Just as soon as we finished the maternity session, it seemed like baby Madden made his grand appearance. He joined a very loving and protective furbaby named Fifa.

Just look at that adorable little mohawk!

Jaime and Celeste created a magical nursery for their little guy and the love is in the details. From the Lost Boys sign to the customized treasure chest, you can tell these are some excited parents!

A big congratulations to Jaime, Celeste and of course, Fifa, on the arrival of Baby Madden!

Be My Valentine Six Month Grow With Me Session – Footsteps Photography, Child Photographer near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath

This little love bug turned six months old right around Valentine’s Day so what better theme for her Grow With Me Session than pink, red, and hearts galore?!

Scarlett is so cute, you can’t help but want to love on her. And mom did just that with a nice, big kiss on the cheek!

It’s hard to believe she was just a tiny newborn six short months ago. Happy Half Birthday, Scarlett!

Flap Cap and Suspenders 9 Month Grow With Me Session – Footsteps Photography, Child Photographer near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath

For Jameson’s nine month Grow With Me session, we went with a 1920’s vintage theme. I can hardly handle the cuteness of this little guy in his flap cap and suspenders!

The chalkboards show all his stats from birth – it’s hard to believe this little roly poly guy was just six pounds at birth!

And if that didn’t fill your cuteness quota for the day, then how about a baby in a pinstripe suit?!

Jameson, you are one classy little gentleman with some gorgeous eyes to boot!

Cinderella and Her Prince Grow With Me Session – Footsteps Photography, Child Photographer near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath

Introducing: Ophelia’s princess series! Mom contacted me with the idea to choose a different princess as inspiration for Ophelia’s Grow With Me sessions and wanted to include her favorite stuffed companion; Prince Fuzzalot.

We chose a Cinderella theme to start with. If you look closely, you can see Princess Ophelia’s carriage in the background as well as her misplaced slipper. Such a fun idea; stay tuned to see what else we come up with!

Frozen Inspired Smash Cake Session – Footsteps Photography, Child Photographer near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath

I have been SO excited to share Cora’s Smash Cake session and it’s finally ready!

We used the movie Frozen as inspiration for this shoot; including snowflakes, beautiful hues of blue and turquoise and of course, a dainty crown for the birthday princess.

Cora wasn’t completely convinced she wanted to actually eat her cake. And I can’t say I blame her; it was almost too perfect to touch!

I’m particularly thankful there were no hidden cameras for this session as all of us behind the scenes would surely be internet sensations. We made complete fools out of ourselves getting Cora to laugh and smile for us.

And just for fun, here’s a comparison shot of Cora and her big brother. I think they might just be related…

Pretty As A Peacock Smash Cake Session – Footsteps Photography, Child Photographer near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath

Carolina’s Smash Cake session was all about color. Gorgeous hues of purple and turquoise brought this peacock-inspired session together.Cake, Love, Crossbones had me drooling with this giant cupcake and it seems the birthday girl approved as well!

These colors were perfect for Carolina; showing off her jet black hair and shining eyes. You are pretty as a peacock. Happy first birthday, little one!
