Baby #2 is on the way – Maternity Photographer by Footsteps Photography

Sneak peek images for the Engel family before baby #2 makes his arrival.

We even sneaked outside in the middle of the studio session to be able to capture a few images in the beautiful fog.

Tucker is about to become a big brother in just a few weeks from now. I can’t wait to meet his new baby brother soon.  You can see their first maternity session here.

A fun little mini session with Joe and Shanan out in the forest and walking paths in Suffolk. It was a pleasure working with you all and look forward to the next session.  Be sure to watch the video.

Foggy Maternity and Nautical Newborn Sessions – Footsteps Photography, Maternity and Newborn Photographer near RAF Mildenhall

The Williamson’s joined me on a gorgeous, foggy evening to capture the last few weeks of pregnancy before they welcomed their new baby boy into the family. Mama looked gorgeous in this vibrant shade of purple and long, blonde hair.

Two became three with the arrival of Alexander.

It’s safe to safe Jennifer and Zachary are just a little bit enamored with their new baby boy.

Alexander’s nursery is decorated in red, white and blue so we had some fun incorporating those colors throughout his session.

I adore these sleepy little grins!

And a few last shots of this precious new boy. His parents brought the anchor, a gift from his baby shower, and we can’t wait to use it in his next Grow With Me session as a great size comparison. Welcome to the world, sweet Alexander!

A Mother and her Girls – Footsteps Photography Maternity Photographer

A quick sneak peek of Stephanie and her beautiful daughter and soon to be born daughter. I love photographing moms-to-be  in traditional poses. For Stephanie we used two different maternity dresses that are a part of the studio collection I’ve made as well as outfits she brought in.

Maternity & Family Session Footsteps Photography Bury St Edmonds

Courtney and I met at a pot luck shortly after we arrived in England almost 2 years ago.   WOW time has sure flown by as their family now has another little one on the way. Its a surprise as to if baby will be a boy or a girl.

The family loves going to the garden so that is where we headed for our morning session. Courtney was up for ANY weather condition rain or shine. Well the rain held out, but it was one of the most windy days we had in a while.

Sophia has one of the most beautiful smiles but also the most piercing eyes when she gives you her serious face.

Ohh that door is an awesome find. Thanks for showing it to me.

Before each session I schedule a pre-session consultation and  Courtney said “I love beautiful and unique architecture and am always looking for that unique unseen family moment.”  Well I think we got several during the Maternity/family session.

And what would be a day out at the park without playing and some ducks.

Fall Maternity Session with Horses and Ducks – Footsteps Photography Mildenhall Maternity Photographer

This maternity session felt a bit like a trip to the zoo with all the creatures we encountered. If being an animal whisperer is any indication of parenting abilities, the Moran’s are going to be pros!

We met for an early morning session near Ely Cathedral. This is the perfect time of day to capture the sunlight illuminating the medieval structure making for some beautiful storytelling photos.

These two are expecting their first baby – a little boy.

It’s always great when clients bring sentimental items to the shoot. It’s details like the elephant lovie and sonogram picture that really make these sessions so personal.

Such a handsome couple; no doubt their little guy will be just as cute!

These two were so fun to photograph as they were naturally affectionate and obviously very much in love.

Mama Moran will be heading back to the States to give birth to her little boy so the next time I see her, she’ll have a little one in her arms. There is nothing like the anticipation of your first child and I’m so lucky to be able to capture some of that excitement for my clients.

And since the start of this post began with a friendly horse, it’s only fitting that I include this collage of the stray ducks who followed us EVERYWHERE! I’ve never seen anything like it; I’m not sure if they were just excited about the arrival of Baby Moran or they really wanted to have their photo taken. Either way, it made for a memorable shoot.
