Medieval Cathedral Mini Session Part 2 – Footsteps Photography, Family Photographer near RAF Lakenheath & Mildenhall

The second session from the Fall Mini Sessions is another family of five. This crew drove down all the way from Alconbury for their session and despite the trip, were in great spirits.

Each of the kids got a chance to be in the spotlight and show off their personalities. First up was Jadon who is nine.

Next up was three-year-old Annabelle.

And finally, middle brother, Liam, who is seven.

Mom and Dad even got some special shots with just the two of them before we took advantage of the beautiful views of the cathedral in the background.

I had a great time with this hilarious and wild bunch. Beautiful setting, giant personalities and colorful leaves. What’s not to love?!

Medieval Cathedral Mini Session Part 1 – Footsteps Photography, Family Photographer near RAF Mildenhall & Lakenheath

Now that Christmas cards have been sent out, I can share this great holiday mini session shot near the Ely Cathedral.

This family is always a pleasure to work with as the kids are playful and fun. We were faced with some crazy winds on this particular day though you’d never know it by looking at these little models. They were practically professionals!

This was my last session with the B Family before they move back to the States. It’s been so special to see the kids grow up in front of my lens and turn into little ladies and men. Best of luck to all of you as you embark on your new adventure!

Mustard Yellow Fall Family Mini Session – Footsteps Photography, Family Photographer near RAF Mildenhall & Lakenheath

This family could have stepped out of the pages of a catalog – impeccable styling, naturals in front of the camera and one of the most adorable little girls you’ve ever seen!

We met at Ely Cathedral for a Fall mini session before this family moved back to the States. Just a reminder to all my current and future clients to make plans to book your family sessions. Heading into 2015, Footsteps Photography will have two options for family session: late spring and fall. It’s a great way to capture memories and images in this beautiful part of England where we live.

We had incredible light to compliment this beautiful family. This little one is practically glowing! Seeing the smiles on her parent’s faces, I think her joy is contagious. Such a sweet, young family.

Fall Maternity Session with Horses and Ducks – Footsteps Photography Mildenhall Maternity Photographer

This maternity session felt a bit like a trip to the zoo with all the creatures we encountered. If being an animal whisperer is any indication of parenting abilities, the Moran’s are going to be pros!

We met for an early morning session near Ely Cathedral. This is the perfect time of day to capture the sunlight illuminating the medieval structure making for some beautiful storytelling photos.

These two are expecting their first baby – a little boy.

It’s always great when clients bring sentimental items to the shoot. It’s details like the elephant lovie and sonogram picture that really make these sessions so personal.

Such a handsome couple; no doubt their little guy will be just as cute!

These two were so fun to photograph as they were naturally affectionate and obviously very much in love.

Mama Moran will be heading back to the States to give birth to her little boy so the next time I see her, she’ll have a little one in her arms. There is nothing like the anticipation of your first child and I’m so lucky to be able to capture some of that excitement for my clients.

And since the start of this post began with a friendly horse, it’s only fitting that I include this collage of the stray ducks who followed us EVERYWHERE! I’ve never seen anything like it; I’m not sure if they were just excited about the arrival of Baby Moran or they really wanted to have their photo taken. Either way, it made for a memorable shoot.

Berhorst Family Mini Shoot – Footsteps Photography RAF Mildenhall

I met up with Marissa and Brian again for a short and sweet mini shoot right before they moved back to the States. Wanting to really capture the beauty of East England, we chose the Ely cathedral as our location.

As you can see, they love their fur babies: Sydney and Penelope.

Little did we know the dogs would be such camera hogs. They didn’t want to let anyone else have a turn in front of the lens!

Berhorst’s, I hope these photos will be a happy reminder of the time you spend here in England!
