Downtown Winters at Dawn | Power’s Maternity Session

Downtown at Dawn

I met the Power’s Family in Winters just after dawn for a Maternity Session. The family opted for a morning session because Because of dad’s job and their daughter’s schedule. Morning sessions are great for little one’s with early bed times. Mom coordinated the outfits for the family so beautifully. She looked radiant in the white gown she selected from my client wardrobe. Miss A explored the carefully explored the bridge and enjoyed strolling through the tall grass.

Baby Powers

For a change of scenery, we moved to the downtown area of Winters. I love the texture and warmth of the old brick buildings. Miss A was super cooperative and happily posed for the camera. Mom and dad also got some sweet smiles from soon-to-be big sister. Overall, we had an wonderful morning session.

The Powers are expecting their baby any day now. Stay tuned for the newborn session!

Garden Maternity + Newborn Session | Vacaville Photography

With dad back from deployment and mom nearing her due date, now was the perfect time to shoot the Stacy’s Maternity Session. It’s hard to believe that this was the first maternity shoot for these parents. The Stacy’s were so comfortable and natural in front of the camera. Mom looked elegant in the maternity gown from Miss Madison Photo Props. You could see the pregnancy glow as she stood by the roses. The garden was an ideal setting to capture the love that waited for little Ava.

Ava Makes her Debut

Shorty after the Stacy’s maternity session, Ava decided to make her big debut! Her newborn session was spring inspired and involved all things pastel and floral. I found a frill pettiskirt at cutecute.co.uk — the perfect accessory for a little princess. Keeping with the floral theme, I placed Ava on a knit blanket and surrounded her with pink peonies and petals. She looked absolutely precious!

As our session came to a close the Stacy’s announced that they were moving to Hawaii. There is nothing quite like settling into a new routine and having to move again. Military life can be hard but it does have its perks. Sometimes they involve tropical paradise!

I adore this family and was so excited to hear they were expecting their fourth child. The love they all have for one another shines through in these photos. She was just glowing and this turquoise dress was a near perfect match for her stunning eyes. I made this gown specifically to use in the lavendar fields and could not be happier with the result. No matter how big or small your bump is, this gown is practically magic and fits everyone. Vacaville Baby Photographer Texas Proud

Nolan and his parents will soon be moving back to the States so we squeezed in a quick session to commemorate his four month birthday and capture how much this little handsome boy has grown in such a short time frame. Looks at those little chubby cheeks I could just eat them up. So glad I was able to be your vacaville baby Photographer during the first few months.

This little guy is bound to be handsome just like his big brother. With a dad who could model for GQ and a mom who belongs on the cover of Vanity Fair, it’s no wonder Ryker is so handsome!

Spring 2015 Mini Sessions – Footsteps Photography, Family Photographer near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath

This year’s Spring Mini sessions took place at Bury Gardens and as usual, the setting was absolutely stunning. I had the pleasure of photographing three families and you may even recognize some of these faces!

Mini sessions are a great opportunity to get a variety of shots in a short span of time. All combinations of parents and siblings are possible. And of course, with springtime comes all the gorgeous flowers in their bright colors. I loved that this family chose to go with reds, whites, and blues as it really popped against the floral backdrop.

Mini sessions are for the whole family and yes – this can definitely include fur babies! The birds in the abbey proved to be quite entertaining for little Miss Emma as well as her doggy siblings.

This is always a lot of fun so be sure to book your spot at the next session as places go quickly!
