Spring 2015 Mini Sessions – Footsteps Photography, Family Photographer near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath
This year’s Spring Mini sessions took place at Bury Gardens and as usual, the setting was absolutely stunning. I had the pleasure of photographing three families and you may even recognize some of these faces!

Mini sessions are a great opportunity to get a variety of shots in a short span of time. All combinations of parents and siblings are possible. And of course, with springtime comes all the gorgeous flowers in their bright colors. I loved that this family chose to go with reds, whites, and blues as it really popped against the floral backdrop.

Mini sessions are for the whole family and yes – this can definitely include fur babies! The birds in the abbey proved to be quite entertaining for little Miss Emma as well as her doggy siblings.

This is always a lot of fun so be sure to book your spot at the next session as places go quickly!

Blessed – Footsteps Photography Mildenhall & Lakenheath
Wow. 2014 was truly an amazing year. I probably say that every year, but as I’me were going through all of the sessions from these past twelve months, I can honestly say I couldn’t stop smiling reviewing all of the beautiful faces of 2014. It brings me so much joy to have captured all of these glowing moms-to-be, teeny tiny newborns, adorable babies, rambunctious toddlers, and loving parents. Narrowing them down to just one image from each session was a real challenge.
These images bring us so much joy, and I hope that they fill your hearts with happiness. Thank you to the families of 2014 for the opportunity to capture YOUR special moments that will make you smile for many years to come. Thanks for the great experience and wonderful memories.
Each year I push myself to learn new things and perfect my art and look forward to sharing these works of art with you. I am proud of what I do.
I was busy in 2014. But it was the very best kind of busy.
Thank you, dear clients-turned-friends, for choosing me to capture your priceless memories. Â Our children grow far too quickly and I think we can all agree that remembering them when they are small is something to treasure.
I wish you all a healthy and happy 2015.  Celebrate the new year with your loved ones… because I’d love to count your baby in my 2015 total!  wink, wink.  ![]()

And last but not least a video recap

There Was a Crooked Man Who Walked A Crooked Mile Family Session – Footsteps Photography, Family Photographer near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath
Even if you don’t know much about England, chances are you’ve heard reference of the town where this session was shot. Lavenham is where the song “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star” was written and is also famous for it’s crooked houses. I had a great time exploring this quirky little village with Jennifer and Dane; capturing some fun images for their annual Christmas card.

While cloudy grey skies aren’t exactly a photographer’s dream, the dreary weather lent itself perfectly to the very English feel of this session. I had a hard time deciding between color and black and white images as the architecture looked so stunning in both formats!

Ever the entertainer, Dane had us cracking up when he found a stick and did a perfect impersonation of the old nursery rhyme:
There was a crooked man who walked a crooked mile.
He found a crooked sixpence upon a crooked stile.
He bought a crooked cat, which caught a crooked mouse.
And they all lived together in a little crooked house.

I love Dane’s sweater as well. All the details came together just perfectly!

And right before posing for a final shot in front of a very old tea emporium, we spotted another crooked man exiting a shop. Such a fun shoot; thank you again, Jennifer and Dane!
